The Client Development team are the commercial function within Savanta. Our role is to drive growth from existing accounts through account management and generate new clients from new business activity and are closely aligned with our Marketing team. We work across Brands and Intermediaries (Agencies and Consultants)
Although our key responsibility is revenue growth, we do not do this alone. We work very closely with all areas of the business to ensure we are giving our clients the best service and solution to enable them to make better decisions. Typically, we will work with Research and Operations when we are developing the right solution and proposal for our clients, very much a team effort!
Clients are at the heart of Savanta and we look to exceed customer expectations each and every time, to support us doing this we use a CRM; that houses all client communication so anyone in the business can see what is happening with any account at any point. We encourage the rest of the business to use this as well so we are all aligned and show our clients we are organised and unified.
