Savanta committees help ensure we build a strong and engaging culture, empowering our people to get involved and help shape our future.
This rotational approach:
Committees will ideally be between 10 and 15 people. Each committee must assign roles:
Committees – with the exception of Diversity & Inclusion – must commit to a minimum of monthly meetings (f2f or via Teams)

Mental Health Awareness week (13th– 17thMay) saw the Health & Wellbeing Committee come into their own, organising a packed week of inspiring talks, activities, meditation, picnics, information and top tips, plus our very first Paws Day in the office. Engagement and support across the business was phenomenal with a special shout out going to Lauren Skardon, James Eldridge and Pete Flower who bravely shared stories about their own mental health journeys, inspiring all of us, breaking down barriers and ensuring we are all more aware of what could be going on around us. Thank you.
A week to be proud of being part of Savanta, of being a Savanteer and of our amazing team. And all on the back of the fantastic walking challenge. Who knew we were all so competitive?
A Manifesto for Opportunity – CEO Pledge
The MRS launched itsManifesto for Opportunityon the 3rdApril 2019 – asking CEOs to make five commitments towards creating safer and more representative workplaces. The pledges include publishing pay statistics annually, working towards government targets at all levels and improving recruitment practices. Savanta globally, and specifically Roger Perowne, Nick Baker and Vin DeRobertis, signed the pledge at launch (one of only 10 companies to do so) and are committed to delivering as part of our ongoing focus on Diversity & Inclusion.
