Our in-house tech, and the team that builds it, form a core part of our strategy to disrupt – and become increasingly competitive within – our industry.

Our platform – encompassing research, tooling, data delivery, analysis, and insights – will increasingly be directly exposed to our customers through a portal that eventually allows them to access and manage our full range of services. We also maintain a focus on enabling the business: helping you to do your jobs better and more efficiently by automating away the drudgery.

We believe that we can best succeed by listening to and working closely with our customers and users: this includes you. We encourage you to tell us what you think via the helpdesk, even for minor issues. We also get together regularly with representatives from across the business to discuss larger initiatives and prioritise our work.
